Le Perle Condo, Rome
>The project
provides for the construction of a single building in Rome, with 12 real estate units, each of which is a totally independent, ground-to-roof structure on various storeys (semi-basement, mezzanine, first floor and second floor), each equipped with private elevator and the utmost in hightech installations.
Each unit has 3 parking spaces at its disposal, two in garage boxes and the third in the appurtenant external parking lot.
>The construction features
were studied with the aim of guaranteeing:
• maximum static safety through a reinforced concrete structure, according to aseismic regulations;
• soundproofing between the various property units, between the rooms within the same unit and, of course, between the outside and inside;
• heat insulation for maximum containment of energy dispersion, including elimination of thermal bridges, a frequent cause of condensation;
• the highest degree of comfort by means of independent summer-winter, air-control systems, and cutting-edge water supply and electrical systems;
• minimum maintenance for preserving both external surfaces, installed technical systems and window frames.




>The finishings
proposed were accurately chosen with a view to quality, aesthetics and functionality. They are all of superior quality and qualify the Property as prestigious and exclusive. With this aim in mind, the technical Company’s staff select ed floor and wall coverings, paint, external window frames, sliding doors, fireplace, barbecue, radiators, split air-conditioning units, etc.




Tuscany Villas, Punta Ala
>The projects
The Villas situated in Punta Ala, a locality famous for its beauty and prestige, have been designed and built with great care and architectural skill, brought to evidence in the volumetric spaces and the decorative details of the perspectives, rifinished in marble. Immersed in the green, the villas have been designed in order to respect the surrounding environment, integrating perfectly and enjoying a fabulous view of the sea as far as Elba and Corsica as well as the Golf Club below.
>The construction features
The villas have been built with reinforced concrete structure,
mat foundations and poroton blocks for the external walls;
particularly treated are also the characteristics of thermal and acoustic insulation and the electrical and mechanical systems.
>The finishings
The interior finishings are of great quality and employ classic Italian materials such as Tuscan Cotto for the floors, Douglas Wood for the exterior and interior fixtures, Cerasarda (sardinian wax) facings for bathrooms and kitchens; the walls are finished with stucco and vaulted plasterboard.




Other Examples in the Countryside of Rome
>The projects
The majority are semi-detached villas of two floors with a garage on the floor below. The complexes are just a few kilometers from Rome and are immersed in the greenery and peace of the beautiful Roman countryside.
>The construction features
The villas are built in reinforced concrete with external walls made of blocks of lightweight masonry; the insulation consists of sandwich panels of foam polysio, noise felts (UnderSpecial Isolmant); the plasters were reinforced with special netting.
The electrical and mechanical systems have been made with the latest modern technology.
>The finishings
were chosen for quality and functionality, perfectly adapted to the surrounding environment.
In particular, Douglas wood frames with thermo-acoustic windows, classic Roman shutters, terracotta flooring and Portuguese tiles were used.
