The project “FerrantiDesign&Construction” is an idea of the firms Ge.Co.P. S.p.A. (General Construction & Projects) and G.Intech S.r.l. (Innovations & Technologies), part of the Ferranti Group, which has been active since 1922 in the fields of building, road construction, hydraulic works and plant in general.

 

The Group, born in Italy, has increased its activities in various countries of the European Union, such as Luxembourg, Kosovo, Romania and the UK and includes among its clients State Administrations, Local Authorities, Public and Private Sector Bodies.

 

In particular, “FerrantiDesign&Construction” is employed in the restructuring and restoration of buildings of particular architectural value, the restructuring of apartments and commercial premises and the construction “ex novo” of residential properties, such as villas and luxury accommodations in prestigious locations.

The Firms have a substantial quantity of machinery and equipment and a considerable number of skilled personnel; they also provide a structure for the initial and executive techno-economic, architectural, structural and civil plant design.
